New Nogi Classes
Nogi 3x per week!
Wednesday night nogi class. We offer nogi 3x per week.
Excited to announce that we are adding 2 more nogi classes per week. We will have a total 3 classes per week, 1 morning and 2 evening.
Nogi also called submission wrestling is grappling with out the traditional uniform called the gi. In nogi you are not allowed to grab your opponents clothing.
Training in both gi and nogi will make you a more well rounded grappler. Usually if you start training in majority without the Gi, then you will have a much harder time adapting to the Gi. The Gi in some ways is more complex with all the grips but No Gi has many other aspects which are not found in the Gi (for ex: more brabo chokes, guillotines, footlocks than in the Gi).
In addition to the 3 nogi classes, we also offering wrestling once a week.
